The Cambridge Consulting Group has been retained by Ross County to develop a path forward to improve the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) System in Ross County now, in the short-term, and long-term looking for muliple solutions to improve pre-hospital care in Ross County.
A key component of this process is input from community members about your local EMS agency. In cooperaton with Ross County officials, Cambridge has developed a brief online survey asking about your perceptions of EMS delivery in your local community.
The survey seeks community input on things like knowledge of how the system works, and if you’ve been a patient cared for by EMS, your perceptions of the care you received. The online submission should only take about 7 minutes and will be very valuable for the future of EMS in Ross County.
