Work for the Western Avenue Sidewalk Project in Chillicothe got underway on Monday.
Chillicothe Mayor Luke Feeney and the Chillicothe Engineering Department announced hat the work will continue for the next couple of weeks.
Westbound traffic on Western Avenue will be down to one lane from NAPA Auto Parts at Central Center to Jiffy Lube at Woodbridge Avenue.
