Chillicothe Man Arrested in Human Trafficking Task Force Operation

Forty-nine people were arrested within two Human Trafficking Task Force operations in Ohio this past week. According to a release from Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost's Office, twenty-one men, including Roger Hoover, 57, of Chillicothe, were arrested for soliciting prostitution. Twenty-eight more individuals were arrested in an initiative that sought those seeking to engage in sexual activity with whom they believed to be minors, Yost's Office indicated.
