(ONN) - Attorneys for a woman facing charges in connection to a family massacre in south central Ohio are seeking dismissal of obstruction and perjury charges against her.

76-year-old Fredericka Wagner's son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons pleaded not guilty to the shooting deaths in 2016 of eight members of the Rhoden Family in Pike County. Wagner pleaded not guilty to charges against her.

The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports her attorneys filed a motion to dismiss those charges. Wagner testified she bought two bulletproof vests through Amazon after the shootings, but investigators found no purchase records of the vests they suspect Wagner's family wore during the murders. Wagner now says she bought them on Ebay.
