Two Subjects Arrested After 2 County Chase

(ONN) -- Two men were arrested Thursday in Pike County after leading law enforcement on a high-speed chase.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the suspects were reportedly driving a stolen BMW when troopers tried to pull them over in Ross County. When troopers attempted to pull the suspects over, they fled.

Eyewitnesses say the pursuit appeared to reach speeds of 100 miles per hour before the suspects veered off the road and bailed out of the stolen car near Waverly.

A team of sheriff deputies and troopers were able to catch the suspects on foot and place them under arrest.

There were no reports of injuries.
