The Chillicothe Post of the Highway Patrol reported a crash in Pike County from about 3:20pm Saturday.
60-year-old Diana Krauss of Beaver, failed to yield at a stop sign while southbound on State Route 335 in a 2005 Dodge Caravan. She was struck by a 2011 Ford Explorer driven by 24-year-old Michael Ladrigan of Amelia, Ohio, who was westbound on State Route 32.
Krauss was transported via Medflight to Saint Mary’s Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The passenger of the Ford Explorer, Victoria Devincent, was also transported via Medflight to Cabell Huntington for non-life threatening injuries.
Marion Twp Fire Department, Pike County EMS and Pike County Sheriff's Office assisted on scene.
The Highway Patrol reminds motorist to take extra time while looking and be sure of oncoming traffic before entering or crossing roadways.
