Waverly Police are reporting on their Facebook page, they have arrested a man following a Sunday morning struggle with another man, that turned fatal.

According to the Waverly Police Department Facebook site, officers were called to 311 West Third Street address at 4:39am April 22nd in reference to an argument. Upon arrival at the residence, 24-year-old Kenneth Johnson of that address, was standing out front with his hands in the air. The patrolman performed CPR until the squad arrived and Jason was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
