Jarvis Sounds-Off Against "Special Interest Groups" in Politics

The Democrat running for the 15th Ohio congressional seat says big campaign contributions have hurt the political system.

Rob Jarvis, who is a government teacher from Nelsonville, says the "big dollar campaign contributions of corporate America" has given special interest groups an inside track with our lawmakers and has "taken away the voice of the American people".

Jarvis says he is also a proponent of unions and single-payer health insurance. He believes the stability a single-payer health insurance plan offers would help create new, higher pay jobs.

Jarvis is running against Republican incumbent Steve Stivers.
