Circleville Council Asked About Recycling Again

Tuesday evening, Circleville Council had planned absences by three members so very little was accomplished.  But a familiar face returned in the audience.

Energetic 22-year-old Justin Green has visited several times, asking about recycling for the city.  He says he wants his future children to inherit a better world.

After grilling Circleville Council about trash and recycling policies, he got advice about talking to other city councils, to learn from their experience.

He has recently set up a Facebook page called the "Circleville Community Collective" where he wants a "big picture" discussion...but recycling is his passion right now.

Green says he wants to do the best cleanup in Earth Day Circleville, to get a spotlight from the Waste District to further his effort.
