Law Concerning Dogs on Restaurant Patios Proposed

There's a new effort at the statehouse to strip-away authority of county health departments to forbid dogs on restaurant and bar patios.

Senator Bill Coley, a Blue Ash Republican, says business owners are capable enough to manage things on their property. Coley says right now, the bill deals just with dogs on patios. There's a currently a statewide ban against dogs on restaurant patios.

Coley owns two dogs. He announced his new bill during a press conference at Land Grant Brewing Company in Franklinton.
