(Tallahassee, FL)  --  Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston is dealing with some legal issues after being cited for shoplifting.  SB Nation reports the Heisman Trophy winner stole some crab legs from a Publix supermarket.  Winston, who also pitches for the Seminoles' baseball team, has been suspended from the baseball team, will be fined 30-dollars and required to do community service.  Winston was previously accused of sexually assaulting a woman at an off-campus apartment in December 2012, but was never charged.
