Chillicothe Police arrested three people after serving a search warrant, Thursday morning. Authorities said they were investigating an incident in which a person was at a hospital being treated for stab wounds to the abdomen, arm, and head, which allegedly resulted from a 4am incident at 165 North Sugar Street and stemmed from an argument with a man with a boxcutter.

Authorities said they served the warrant on the resident, Harry Willett, at 10am and found over 40 grams of crack cocaine, Ecstasy, drug paraphernalia, and cash in the home.

Willett was charged with permitting drug abuse, while Lamar Howell was charged with possession of crack cocaine and tampering with evidence and Shantel Mayle was charged with illegal use or possession of a food stamp card, authorities said.

Authorities reported the felonious assault case is still under investigation.
