Lane restrictions will be in place today at the intersection of state Route 32 and County Road 58 (Shyville Road) as crews undertake a signal installation project.
On Friday, August 15, crews from ODOT's Pike County Highway Maintenance Facility and District 9's signal department will be installing new signal heads, backplates and supplemental side signals at the routes' intersection as part of a safety upgrade project.
While work is under way, the existing signals will not be in operation, and traffic will be maintained by flaggers. The restrictions are anticipated to be in effect from approximately 8am to 4pm, and motorists are reminded of the need for additional caution.
