During its Friday session, a Ross County Grand Jury returned 22 indictments, but only 2 were open.

According to Rick Hannan, an investigator with the Prosecutor's Office, 38-year-old Antonio M. Staunton, of Chillicothe, faces felony charges of possession of heroin and cocaine. The indictment alleges he was in possession of 6.29 grams of heroin and 9 grams of cocaine during a search warrant by Chillicothe Police at 108 Vine Street on March 26th.

The Grand Jury also indicted 33-year-old Crail L. Brooks, of Columbus, for felony domestic violence following accusations he grabbed his mother by her neck, shook her, and threatened to hurt her on April 16, said Hannan. He added that Brooks has two prior domestic violence convictions from 2002 and 2001.
