Ross County Sheriff George Lavender reports his office seized drugs in separate incidents, Friday.
At 11:15am, Friday, deputies arrested a 61-year-old man for possession of heroin. According to Sheriff Lavender, Larry Gee was stopped for a traffic violation on Blain Highway, authorities told him a K-9 was going to sniff around his vehicle, and Gee admitted to having heroin on him.
He was charged with possession of heroin.
In another case, authorities searched a home on Leeds Road and seized items "consistent with the manufacture of methamphetamine." According to Sheriff Lavender, there were four juveniles and one adult in the home at the time, and the case will be forwarded to the prosecutor.
