A Columbus attorney has found "reasonable grounds for discipline" in 7 of the 8 allegations issued against Chillicothe Police Chief Roger Moore.

Following a pre-disciplinary hearing, Michael Moses wrote in his report that the only unsubstantiated allegation against Chief Moore was the accusation of malfeasance/failure of good behavior during a February Municipal Court appearance.

Disciplinary action could be issued Friday, but Chief Moore would have the right to appeal under Ohio Revised Code.
