During the casual morning commute on a New Jersey roadway yesterday morning, a goat—properly named “Sky” by N.J. police officers, since the chase occurred on the Pulaski Skyway—disrupted regular traffic flow for two hours. Reports say that one of the goat’s ears had a U.S. Department of Agriculture tag on it, possibly proving that it was on the way to a slaughterhouse.

Now, that is one daring, top-notch goat. Having not only the resilience towards captivity, but also the courage to seek a means of escape…only to be caught two hours later…but nonetheless, he’ll go down in the annals of great escapes…for fifteen minutes. Though, you have to give respect where respect is due…but not really…because it’s a goat. However, perhaps someone will notice Sky’s spectacle and claim her as their own to save her life. We’ll keep our fingers crossed for you, Sky.
